Cold Water – Committed

The latest release from Alabama based a cappella group, Committed.

These guys are back with another cover of a chart-topping single. Jam along with these former Sing-Off champs as they continue to bop the winter away.

I edited this track. It was arranged by Ben Bram and mixed by Ed Boyer.

On The Bumpy Road – Whiffenpoofs of Yale

The latest release from The Whiffenpoofs, a senior male a cappella group out of Yale University.

The Whiffenpoofs are a new group each and every year, comprised of seniors from the various groups at Yale. Not only do they travel the world, but are known for a few of their original songs, like The Whiffenpoof Song. Check out musical director, Solon Snider’s original song, I’m Ready Now. It is a worthy addition to the one hundred and eight years of repertoire.

I edited six of the tracks. Recording and the rest of the editing by Alex Green and Alex Koutzoukis. Mixing by Ed Boyer. Mastering by Dave Sperandio.

Men of Disney Medley – Committed

The latest release from Committed, a professional male a cappella group.

Back at it is Committed, this time singing their way through a medley of Disney hits. Some of these songs fly by after only a few seconds, but they all bring a rush of memories back from some of my favorite childhood movies. This may be the densest medley I’ve ever worked on – it was one of the most fun too.

I edited this track. It was arranged by Sam Robson and James Rose and mixed by Ed Boyer.

The Christmas Song – Committed

Just in time for Christmas, it’s the latest release from Committed, a professional male a cappella group.

Fans of a cappella may know Committed as winners of the second season of NBC’s show The Sing Off. Even though they earned the title of Sing Off Champions a year before Pentatonix, they would eventually find themselves in competition in early 2016, not just on TV but at the Grammys. One of Committed’s Christmas singles, Do You Hear What I Hear, was nominated for Best Arrangement, Instrumental, or Acapella category for the 58th Grammy Awards. It’s an honor to work with these guys to bring another Christmas song to their audience.

I edited this track. It was arranged by Tom Anderson and mixed by Ed Boyer.

All I Want For Christmas Is You (Baby Please Come Home) – SanFran6

The latest release from SanFran6, a professional a cappella group you might have seen on Season 4 of NBC’s The Sing Off.

The only thing sweeter than deserts at the holidays is sharing those deserts with people you care about. I was delighted to take a trip to Alameda Island as these guys recorded this track. It was one half video shoot, one half holiday get together. I know this gets thrown around a lot, but #RLPP.

I recorded and produced the audio. The video was shot by Jamie Palochak and edited by Kevin Redrico.
